Spencer Crigler

Director of Brokerage Services and Co-founder of One Alliance Companies, Spencer spent his initial years in commercial real estate with a national firm where he learned the inner workings of various types of sale and lease transactions from industry veterans. Spencer’s unmatched drive and persistence earned him “Rookie of the Year” in 2016 and “Top Listing Broker” in 2017. Soon after hitting a plateau in his ability to grow in the position he held, Spencer broke out with a fellow associate and started the brokerage arm for a well known and established development firm where they transacted over $23 million of assets in just about every sector of CRE, with a focus on investment brokerage.

Spencer is a North Carolina native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Spencer enjoys his pastime with friends, family, his fiancé Jenna and their two dogs Jackson and Harper.

Spencer holds a North Carolina real estate brokers license and is a member of the Charlotte’s Commercial Board of Realtors.
