Amerco Real Estate Company purchased this facility from Airhart Holdings for $4,500,000 for a new U-Haul facility. This facility has 50,000 gross sq. ft. and 36,005 net rentable sq. ft. The facility consists of 291 rental units that are 100% climate controlled.
