Director of Operations
Frank Sproviero has been active in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years, starting his professional career as a mixed use & multi- family property manager in the early 90’s, and then transitioning to commercial property and asset management soon after.
Frank earned the internationally observed Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and Connecticut.
Over many years in the industry, Frank has had the great opportunity to provide a multitude of management and brokerage services for his clients, and is adamant that he and his team’s practices are based on integrity, honesty, trust and providing an unlimited value to their property owners and tenants.
Before moving to Charlotte NC. with his family, Frank headed up the Asset & Property Management division for 21st. Century Management Inc. for 15 years, where he gained priceless experience in brokering and managing all aspects of multi-tenant office complexes, retail shopping centers, industrial flex properties, free standing single tenant retail sites and franchised & non-franchised hotels.
Martha Baur serves as the Controller for One Alliance Companies where she oversees all accounting activities. Martha started her professional career as a paralegal for over 20 years and then transitioned to property accounting in the mid 2000’s.
In her role as Controller, Martha works closely with property and facility managers on numerous managed assets, including retail, office, industrial flex properties and commercial property owners associations. Martha’s proficiency in accounting and exceptional communication skills makes her an invaluable asset to the company and the clients she serves.
Martha earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware, as well as a Paralegal Certification from the Institute of Paralegal Training in Philadelphia, PA. Originally from New Jersey, Baur relocated with her family to North Carolina in 2005 from New Hampshire.
Gil Allred serves as the Facilities Manager for One Alliance Companies where he oversees all day to day property operations. Gil is a native North Carolinian, U.S. Army Veteran, retired Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Officer and a certified home inspector. In his role as Facilities Manager, Gil works closely with property managers, property accountants, maintenance technicians and trusted vendors to keep managed assets operating safely, efficiently, attractively and within budget. Gil’s attention to detail, investigative skills and industry knowledge makes him an invaluable asset to the company and the clients he serves.
In his pastime, Gil enjoys being a leader for Trail Life USA, providing private tactical firearms training, boating and spending time with his wonderful family.
