One Alliance Companies extends congratulations to L.J. Kleger on his recent closings on 131 and 143 East Main Street in Spartanburg, SC. The sale of these two properties will be part of a mixed-use development that will add three skyscrapers for residential, retail and office use. M. Peters Group, LLC, a developer out of Greenville, SC, was the buyer for both properties. M. Peters Group plans to redevelop these properties to help revitalize downtown Spartanburg.
