One Alliance Companies announced today the closing of Rockfish Estates in Raeford, NC.  Rockfish Estates is a 70 unit mobile home park community located at 101 Beltons Loop in Raeford, NC. The community has been well maintained making it a desirable community.

Donleigh Properties sold the community to Saratoga Group for $5,600,000. Spencer Crigler and Paula Quickel represented the seller in this transaction and Kyle Kennedy from SVN Blackstream represented the buyer.
